Today I hit something on the road on my way to work and BLEW out my front passenger tire. I drove to the Menards parking lot and parked my car. A little over a yr ago, I had purchased a new set of tires at the Auto Safety Zone (North Shop). Since I work at Menards, the South location was closer, and I called them. A very friendly voice answered and asked me how they could help me. I told Ally my situation and she suggested that I drive very slowly over to their location and they would help me out. Ally explained that since I had purchased my tires through Auto Safety, my cost would only be the pro-rated price of $25.00. Ally gave me a loaner car to use and said my car would be ready the next morning. Well low and behold, Ally called me at 4:30 this afternoon and told me my car was ready to be picked up. I recommend either of the Auto Zone locations. They give professional, outstanding, service. Ally, THANK YOU AGAIN!

I just had my first emissions test at the Cedarburg Auto Safety Center and it was FANTASTIC! They were polite and so efficient. I think I was there less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

Stopped by yesterday to see if they could pressure test a heater core for me. It wasn't unusual and old part but they figured out a way to get it done and in 15 minutes I had it back. That's crazy service. Thanks guys.

I took my car in for a check engine light alert. They diagnosed the problem, did a deep dive into it and found a service notice by the manufacturer of the auto that the warranty was extended on the problematic part if repaired by the dealer.They advised me to take the car to the dealer for repair to save $2600 as it was not reimbursable. This speaks volumes to the integrity of this business!
