Went in for an oil change and during the inspection they found a few things that needed attention. When Mike called, he asked if I planned on keeping the vehicle or trading/selling it within the next year. After I told him I was planning to trade it in, he walked me through everything they found and then gave honest recommendations on what actually needed to be done based on my plans. I really appreciated that approach because I didn’t want to put more money into than necessary. Great customer service and honesty from the team!

Fast and efficient Explained that they found a windshield wiper needed to be replaced and gave me the option to have them take care of it , but didn’t pressure me to have them do . Very courteous employees.
