Great place! After receiving an assessment of what could be done, the prices were a little more than I was looking to spend. However, after getting the work that absolutely needed to be done on my truck taken care of, I would say the prices were reasonable. The customer service was great as well! Overall, I would definitely recommend this business. It’s a great place run by great people!

I have been going to this facility for years, and value the transparency, and work they put in. They really helped me out recently when I was in a bind, even staying late to shuttle me back to my car when it was complete. I can't say enough about their business, thank you.

Ryan and Ally have been great. This was a long complicated process with a 20 year old Volvo and they didn’t give up once. Helped me talk thru options and looked for alternatives when it wasn’t a straight forward answer. A+ Team thank you all.

Went in for a nail in my tire which he told me could be patched. Honest, fair price and got the job done quicker than I expected. Great service!

Well, I brought my wife's 14 year old Mercedes in to Auto Safety because the tailgate was malfunctioning. I used to have to go to Milwaukee for 20 (my car is a 20 year old Mercedes) years to get oil changes and repairs because nobody in West Bend could do Mercedes. Well now I am thrilled to not have to drive down there. There's a special tech at Auto Safety that works on my Mercedes, I think his name is Ryan. Kudos to him!! And Mike out front handles things calmly and pleasantly. Allie (?) is nice too.
