I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this shop absolutely earned it. The front desk was friendly, straightforward, and didn’t talk down to me or try to upsell unnecessary work. They actually listened to what I was experiencing with my vehicle and asked smart follow-up questions that showed real expertise. What really stood out was the transparency. They walked me through the issue in plain terms, showed me exactly what was going on, and gave me options—not pressure. The estimate was clear, fair, and stayed consistent with the final bill. I had regular scheduled maintenance done as suggested after taking in a "new to me" vehicle for an inspection. I was given a good explanation by Kevin- as to what needed to be done at current mileage, and the work was scheduled and completed at my convenience. The cost was reasonable and fair. I recommend Auto Safety Center North.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and was greeted warmly by Dave. As I sat and waited, I witnessed Dave go above and beyond to help save customers money, inform people as much as possible and continue to have a warm and positive attitude regardless of any situation that was brought his way. Unfortunately my rim was scratched up from the services, but they immediately brought it to my attention and took care of fixing it right away. Most places I feel would not go out of their way to call out a mistake they made and then take care of it the way this business did. I truly appreciate the honesty, care and warmth of the customer experience that was delivered at this place. Would recommend!

Great service. I really liked that they take you out to meet the tech that’s working on your car

I came in to get stickers for registration and while I was on the way, a nail went into my tire! They seemed very busy but assured me they could get my tire done and fast. I got my tire repaired and stickers within 30 minutes!

First time going here & I will be back! Was very impressed with their integrity & was nice to have a car shuttle when my car needed to stay overnight.
