I always learn something at Auto Safety. Mark Ramsey was fantastic and I appreciated his professional demeanor and thorough customer service.

A+ service from start to finish! Called to get some routine maintenance done on our vehicle and Mark was so personable on the phone making scheduling an appointment with them very easy. Dropping off our vehicle was a breeze and again, exceptational customer service, super friendly staff. Great communication and quotes were provided before any work was done so there were no surprises. Work was done timely, as stated, and pick up was quick. Can't say enough about the staff here! Great value for the work done and I don't want to ever take our cars anywhere else!

Ended up getting a second opinion here – an I’m glad I did… The dealership that I originally went to wanted to charge me $2300 for a problem that they didn’t fix after putting almost $1000 into the car engine. Took it here for a second opinion because it was just seeming very sketchy at the dealership, and my car just needed oil… I could you not. This will be my go to auto repair shop from now on.

Today I hit something on the road on my way to work and BLEW out my front passenger tire. I drove to the Menards parking lot and parked my car. A little over a yr ago, I had purchased a new set of tires at the Auto Safety Zone (North Shop). Since I work at Menards, the South location was closer, and I called them. A very friendly voice answered and asked me how they could help me. I told Ally my situation and she suggested that I drive very slowly over to their location and they would help me out. Ally explained that since I had purchased my tires through Auto Safety, my cost would only be the pro-rated price of $25.00. Ally gave me a loaner car to use and said my car would be ready the next morning. Well low and behold, Ally called me at 4:30 this afternoon and told me my car was ready to be picked up. I recommend either of the Auto Zone locations. They give professional, outstanding, service. Ally, THANK YOU AGAIN!

I just had my first emissions test at the Cedarburg Auto Safety Center and it was FANTASTIC! They were polite and so efficient. I think I was there less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend!
