I needed tires and a wheel alignment. I called and worked with Ally. She was great to work with. I already knew what tires I wanted, they got them ordered and we scheduled a day to drop my vehicle off. The day of the appointment, I dropped the vehicle off in the morning at open. By 9:30 I had a call from Ally to review some maintenance recommendations and go over the Technician’s inspection. I declined the recommended maintenance, there were no pushy sales tactics. Just after Noon, Ally called again and said everything was done. I went to pick it up and pay, they gave me a nice packet that included the inspection report, pricing for recommended maintenance and repairs for reference, and the alignment info. This was my first experience with Auto Safety Center, but will surely not be my last!
