West Bend Auto Repair

I'm a little late on leaving a review but ASC has taken great care of me many times repairing/diagnosing issues on my vehicles when I didn't have the time or particular tools for the job. I'm very skeptical of all auto repair shops by nature. I've genuinely been burned by shops in the past doing shoddy work. I trust this shop with my vehicles. I've been using them since about 2016/17. I know when they do a repair, it's done correctly the first time. To me, it's priceless to have a mechanic shop you can trust with your vehicles.

Changed a flat tire for me in record time shortly before closing time.

I had oil change and thorough safety check was given.

Got the work done quick and got me a loaner car with no issues when it turned out I needed one. Really made it easy to work with them.

Very nice environment. Everyone was very pleasant and kind. Thought the wait for an oil change was a little long -appt. @11am - out just after 12pm. Overall I will come again. Close to our home and overall good experience. Would recommend. Loved the fact they told me about coupons before my appointment- that was appreciated SO much !!!!!

The crew at Auto Safety Center (Cedarburg) was fantastic. They were professional, knowledgeable of Mini Cooper vehicles, and timely with the diagnosis. I appreciated the complimentary ride (8 miles) home. I will continue bringing our Mini Cooper to Auto Safety Center in Cedarburg 👍🏽

The team at Auto Safety Center North made my Christmas happen this year! Between a Christmas Grandma Angel making a huge donation.. to them working without charging for labor, me n my kids walked away with my car and no bill in 24 hours!! God bless everyone of you.
