The front desk service advisor I spoke to, Kevin, was honest and up front about the work that needed to be done and whether or not it was worth it. The mechanic I spoke to, Josh, was extremely knowledgeable and made a fair and thorough assessment. I ended up only paying for the diagnostic testing and vehicle inspection because the repairs weren’t worth pursuing, but for how comprehensive it was, the price was more than fair. Overall extremely pleased with the service I received.

Our 2000 Mercedes 500SL convertible would not start. Auto Safety started on identifying the issue once they received the car. It was apparent the battery was dead but they also inspected the car since we only had it since June. After securing a new battery and putting up our soft top, they also spent time giving us a tutorial on the operations of the vehicle. They treated our convertible as if it was theirs.

While having new tires installed, the technician found the brake pads/caliper not releasing from the rotor on one of my wheels. Took the initiative to notify me and then pulled it to inspect and the pads were failing. Quick fix with new brakes, but had they not found it, who knows what could have happened if I continued to drive it like that. THANK YOU Mark and Josh! You guys are ROCKSTARS!

I had a very unexpected situation with my tire losing air and called Auto Safety Center. Mark worked me in within an hour, had a nail removed, patched the tire and I was on my way with full confidence my car would not put me down! I highly recommend both their customer service and their work!

In West Bend Wis., I jump-started my wife's Lexus about 5:15 p.m. Knowing the battery was shot, we noticed an Auto Safety Center location right around the corner. With just a few minutes left before the 5:30 p.m. close, they dropped a fresh battery in and we were on our way in a few moments! Thanks for accommodating us just before closing!

Ive been going to another local service department for many, many years. Today after an oil change I was informed I needed new tires before winter. I just got new tires back in 2023. After not appreciating the service advisors attitude, I called the Auto Safety Center in Cedarburg because I had heard good things about them. They were so nice and got me in right away for a second opinion. I do NOT need new tires at this time and was so appreciative of their customer service and honesty. Im thinking I need to change service departments in the near future!
