First time visiting for an oil change. What an amazing experience! They are very friendly and professional. They brought me back to my car to go over the maintenance that needs to be done beyond the oil change and I was introduced to the technician working on my car. I will definitely be back and I will recommend them to family and friends.

I feel comfortable with the estimates and the work is always done well. In our latest visit, the cost actually came in under the estimate which is fabulous. Trust is important and they have earned ours.

My daughter just move to West Bend WI a couple weeks ago and her Honda CRV did not start. We jumped it and got it running and again it did not start a few hours later. Jumped it again and Googled auto repair shop is in WB and Auto Safety Center came up as one of the choices. Decided to bring it in to get checked out thinking it was the alternator. My Daughter talked to Kevin in Service and left the car with Kevin for an inspection. To our surprise the CRV checked out and there were no issues with the alternator, battery or charging system. I am writing this review because Kevin and Auto Safety Center was honest, explained everything and treated my daughter with total respect and honesty being a single woman who drove the car there herself. Kevin said there were no issues with her car. This shop did not disappoint with their integrity, honesty and professionalism. A must go Auto Repair shop if you’re having auto issues!!
