AVOIDED A TOW OR EMERGENCY CALL FOR TIRE INCIDENT I experienced a sudden loss of tire pressure according to my dash display after pulling off the expressway. As usual, I pulled right into Auto Safety Center knowing they could take care of it. Luckily, and to my pleasant surprise they investigated right away and found the culprit. Knowing I was on the way to work, they were efficient and polite as always. No sales gimmicks or pressure sales, just an honest fix of a necessary plug. Back to work (only minutes late) without calling for a ride or any inconvenience! Have used Auto Safety several times through the years for more than just a 4” nail in my tire, and they are always very thorough and forthcoming about their work. Appreciate the ease of service and I can feel comfortable to trust their work each time. I have used both the South and the North locations over time. Excellent staff at the West Bend location. I would recommend this location to anyone. Ally was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. Staff also. Will definitely be back for future maintenance.
