Making appointment easy, with time open same day, all staff friendly and efficient, with explanations about pricing and what was being done, able to add emissions testing at same appointment. Waiting room clean and comfortable.

The staff was extremely friendly and courtious. The waiting room is very clean, comfortable and they have snacks and coffee for while you wait. They took me back to see my car and explained additional work that should be done. They were not pushy and I plan to go back at a future date to address the issues suggested.

Doesn't feel like the average repair shop. The free muffler inspections and free second opinion options are very transparent and straight forward. They will literally show you the issue and likely be able to fix the problem for cheaper than whoever you saw before them. Highly recommend to anyone.

Great folks and a great shop! They were able to fit me into their schedule for a wheel balancing and were very prompt with the work. And a really fair price! Highly recommend.

I have NEVER had a bad experience when I've taken my cars to Auto Safety Center. They're incredibly friendly when you come in and they're incredibly friendly on the phone if/when you call. They keep you updated throughout the process so you know what's going on and what to expect when you pick your vehicle up. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who is looking for auto service.

I always have a great experience at Auto Safety Center, at both locations in West Bend. The staff are all very kind, and explain issues in an easy to understand way. They provide recommendations for services that can be done, but aren't absolutely necessary and they have never tried fear-mongering me into getting something fixed. This most recent visit, I found out that my car unfortunately had too many problems that would cost more than the car's value to fix. I declined repairs after the inspection, and the next day the owner called me back with some great discounted offers on the critical services needed on my car.

You do fantastic work!

Excellent service and polite counter help. Met with two of the techs and they were as friendly and easy going as if I had been a customer for decades. The repairs and attention to details were spot on. I would have given 5 stars, but I wasn't asked at the time of repair or pick up if I had a coupon. I did have one. Make this a permanent routine when dealing with each customers. (we old folk tend to forget)
