The oli change went smoothly The tech and Service Counter agent walked me to my car that was still on the lift. The mechanic showed me everything that he saw during the inspection and provided me a timeliness, specific to my safety and budget, that helped me plan any future issues or repairs for my almost 10 year old car. This helped me plan better for the future. They told me and showed me so that I can see the validity of the concerns. They complimented me on my upkeep of the vehicle.
