West Bend Auto Repair

I have NEVER had a bad experience when I've taken my cars to Auto Safety Center. They're incredibly friendly when you come in and they're incredibly friendly on the phone if/when you call. They keep you updated throughout the process so you know what's going on and what to expect when you pick your vehicle up. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who is looking for auto service.

I always have a great experience at Auto Safety Center, at both locations in West Bend. The staff are all very kind, and explain issues in an easy to understand way. They provide recommendations for services that can be done, but aren't absolutely necessary and they have never tried fear-mongering me into getting something fixed. This most recent visit, I found out that my car unfortunately had too many problems that would cost more than the car's value to fix. I declined repairs after the inspection, and the next day the owner called me back with some great discounted offers on the critical services needed on my car.

Excellent service and polite counter help. Met with two of the techs and they were as friendly and easy going as if I had been a customer for decades. The repairs and attention to details were spot on. I would have given 5 stars, but I wasn't asked at the time of repair or pick up if I had a coupon. I did have one. Make this a permanent routine when dealing with each customers. (we old folk tend to forget)

I brought my Dodge Journey in to get diagnosed with some noises I was hearing. The technician Dean was able to pin point the noise immediately and repair everything within the promised time frame. Great service, and communication through out the entire process. Highly recommend!

Went here for emissions testing. Fast service and they gave me a coupon for money off an upcoming service.
