My first experience was very scary because I do know things can get expensive being a woman going to a car shop for repairs. Unfortunately my rep that I was talking to gave me confident that everything was going to be ok. They even showed me where the work that needs to be done. I was pleased with the courtesy and caring that they showed me. I will be back if need so and I will tell people where a great place you can go for repairs on they car. Great customer service from the beginning calling and coming in. Great work guys and lady.

I was staying at a friend's house and having a very bad week. My vehicle wouldn't accelerate and the check engine light was flashing. An internet search indicated this was serious. Auto Safety Center was the first place that popped up in a search, and their reviews were mostly 5 star. I called, and the woman who answered said not to drive the car and if I brought it to them, they had a loaner available. This was very important to me. I had the car towed on a Friday afternoon. I picked it up early Monday afternoon. I thought I had a coupon for money off a service but couldn't find it. They still gave me a substantial discount. From start to finish, they were professional and courteous. My car is running beautifully and I would feel comfortable returning for any service my vehicle needs.
