Quick diagnostic of issue followed by quick repair. Car was complete when projected to be done. Labor was reasonable for repair.

Nobody loves having to get their car worked on, right?? Even if it's just routine maintenance, it's a pain in the butt and the pocketbook. But coming in here makes it less that way. Brittany is easy- going and cheerful and Michael is the best and is so fun to work with. PLUS, I trust my Audi Q7 with them! Thank you to you both, and to the entire team!

They were very courteous and got me in very quickly. I had a brake issues that I wanted them to take a look at. They called me to let me know what the issue was and the cost of repair before starting any work. I decided not to have the repairs done as the vehicle is not worth as much as the repairs would cost. This was no fault of theirs as I planned to drive the vehicle until i couldn't anymore and this was just the time. The mechanic actually called me back and tried to work with me on pricing to try to help me out. They gave me a free loaner for the day while they were diagnosing the issues. Will try them again in the future when my new vehicle finds itself in need of repairs.

I had tires rebalanced to stop vibration in steering wheel. Tires bought somewhere else. Had front end checked for vibrations and noise. Vibration gone. Great service as usual. I really appreciate the option of using your shuttle and loaner car service since I live in Newburg. Thanks again
