The entire staff was very polite courteous and professional. It was very convenient and exceptionally prompt. They were able to have my vehicle serviced the same day and were quite accommodating for my needs. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

I'm not originally from the area. I live about an hour away from West Bend. I got a flat tire passing through. They were great! They offered snacks to my 11month old with me and they got my car in right away patched the tire and also informed me about a few other things with my car. I was really grateful that they got my car in so fast, a couple other places turned me down to help. Thank you again for helping with my tire and not leaving my baby and I stranded.

I called Tim and asked if they fixed broken latches on my Ford Edge. He knew exactly what the problem was after telling him about the fuse issues (which would reset so I thought this was the solution) it was confusing and Tim explained what the problem was and to my relief it was fixed ahead of schedule. Wish I would have brought it in when it first started misbehaving. Scott called me when it was done and he was very helpful and polite. When I walked in to drop off my car I was greeted with how can I help you? That is Old School and how every business should be run Nice to be acknowledged. Had my muffler replaced in no time and for a reasonable price! Very happy with their work!

I was able to take in my vehicle the same day, which was a great experience for me. Also, during the inspection there were an additional problem found. This was addressed along with the original problem in a timely manner. Communication was excellent, along with the service provided. Will use them again.
