I took my Honda CRV in for body work and a diagnostic on my starter motor which would grind when I turned it on. Michael, the manager, walked the car thru the diagnostics until they identified the problem. During that time, (3 days), I had a FREE rental. The shop identified that the Honda CRV.s dating from 2013 thru 2015 had a service problem involving the VTC Actuator. He printed off the service bulletin and told me next steps would be to call Honda for some financial assistance. Long story short, he gave amazing attention to me, the customer, and pointed the car in the right direction for repair. The Technicians are also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them in a nanosecond to anybody who requires service on their car. Awesome Customer Service worth more than 4 stars!.

I was very pleased with the time they took to listen to my concern about what was going on with my car. They looked at my car right away and was able to give me a diagnosis in a timely manner. They were professional, respectful, and didn’t try selling me on more things other than the initial problem itself. Such a great experience! Thank you!!

I went there because of the reviews online that were positive but found out they do not know what they are doing! I told them I had recently bought the car used and needed them to look at the brakes, do an alignment, an oil change and generally look over the car for other repairs nessesary. They called me to tell me I needed a coolant flush/replacement, replace transmission fluid, new spark plugs, some sort of air induction work then they would do the brakes and the oil change. I got an email outlining the costs that would be over $1,800, I paid $4000 for the car, and that did not include the alignment or oil change! I sent them a responce to do the brake fluid, brake maintance, oil change and alignment. What they did was the all the fluids for a bill in excess of $750, I was in for aprox $280 only. I ended up negotiaing to $500. Then out of the shop 10 miles the rear left brake was smoking so bad it seemed on fire. I had to go back because they had failed to fix/adjst or check thier work. I called and they said they would fix the work right away, which they did. When I got home I was just checking other things and realized the bright lights and regular lights on the driverside were switched so that when the lights were activated one of each would go on. I then switched the leads, took about 30 seconds. Durring this work I found out that the hood brace was missing. Not sure if this was like that when I bought it or they just did not check or work under the hood to notice . All in all stay away from this group!

Very nice family business. Had great service from them for about a year (primarily oil change/tire rotation/other minor). Chris was great, but no longer employed here. A couple concerns I have experienced with Auto Safety worth sharing; 1) After an oil change and tire rotation awhile back, they told me I needed repairs to my front suspension and the brake pad/ calipers needed to be replaced. Total estimate $1100...very fair price for the work communicated. Then went to TWO other mechanics and was told by both my suspension was fine, and the brake pads were wearing but had life remaining. 19,000 miles later, I had my brake/calipers replaced. Now, 27,000 miles later I was told again my suspension has no issues! 2) Even though I lost trust with them through prior experience, I recently went back for an oil change (their coupon special is hard to bypass) and tire rotation. I left with four different psi in my tires ranging from 33 to 38 psi! That wide of a variance is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I will not make the 30 minute drive to West Bend for an oil change any longer.
