When any additional manufacturer recommended service, or parts showing wear, the technician will explain the pros of getting the work done rather that waiting. I know I spend way less on regular maintenance items than I would on a major repair due to neglect.

They took time to bring me back in their shop to show me the underside of the vehicle and explain what was going on. No pressure, just information given to let me make an informed decision. Very good experience.

I was able to get the car in immediately after noticing a front brake problem- grinding, extremely hot, pulsing, etc. They provided a loaner at no charge, inspected brakes, found issue and ordered parts same day. I received the car the following day after repair. They even noted a license plate buld was out, and offered to replace bulb. Who does that? I replaced it myself, but how many places would even notice a license plate bulb being out? Car runs great and brakes are fixed. I was never without a car.

Everything went smoothly. I was waited on immediately and after a short time I was in a nice loaner car and headed back home. I got a call that day with the work details that needed to be done with an estimate. The next day I got a call to pick up my car and return the loaner.
