I was in a pretty good pinch and they came through big time for me. They were able to get me in right away and played it straight with me from the get go. I have to say thank you to Ryan for his professionalism and dedication to serving the customer and being willing to go way above and beyond. Outstanding customer service at the south location. Very impressed with the mechanics (DEAN ) knowledge as well as with the advisor (ALLY ) . I feel very confident my car was given the utmost attention and repaired correctly.

I brought in my 2007 FJ Cruiser with multiple leaks from transmission and power steering system. The guys at ASC took the vehicle in right away, determined the leak points, provided a quote and made a plan to correct the issue. During the evaluation for leak repair, they identified several safety related issues within the suspension system that needed repair. Again, they provided a quote and made a plan to repair. Once I approved the work to be completed, they got busy making the repairs. While there were delays receiving the parts from Toyota, the work was completed within the window they committed to. I am very pleased with level of communication along the way and of the outcome of the repairs completed. Thank you to Michael, Ryan and Kyle at Auto Safety Center - South
