Always communicative, transparent pricing, and excellent work have led to our family becoming customers of Auto Safety Center. The fact that they offer a free loaner car is not only a bonus, but an necessity for me, and so greatly appreciated.

I had an amazing experience today with Auto Safety Service! I called in the morning and spoke with Vincent to get new tires, and they went above and beyond to take care of me. They ordered and received the tires, then installed them all in the same day. What really impressed me was their shuttle serviceit made the whole process so convenient! They dropped me off at work in the morning and picked me up once everything was done. Friendly staff, great communication, and top-notch service. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing fast and reliable tire service!

They are always so nice and helpful

Great experience! Noticed my tires were wearing unevenly when changing to winter tires. The dealer quoted $300 for the alignment, and the open appointment will be a week later. I was able to get the second day appointment here, in and out for about an hour. And paid half the price!

Repairs not yet done but the estimating process was great. I felt well taken care of... like they'd take care of their grandmother. Jim seemed very trustworthy and I didn't get any impression that the estimate was being padded or unnecessary repairs were being recommended.

I had an appointment for new tires, brake maintenance and oil change and alignment . appointment got delayed one day due to tire availability. Because of the delay they gave me a free oil change. . I was able to use some of my coupons for additional work. Everyone has been very nice and explains things well. I got a ride home and pick up for appt due to length of time for work done.

I want to do a shout out Auto Safety Center in Cedarburg. I picked up a screw in my tire and the tire was gradually losing air. I called Auto Safety Center this morning and they were able to get me in this morning to repair the tire. The young lady who took my call had excellent interpersonal skills and scheduled me ASAP. The other employees were also very prompt and polite. I highly recommend them for car service.
