I have walked in without an appointment twice, and received attention & free advice. It is a family atmosphere & I trust them to direct me to the best solution. No pressure to purchase anything I don't need right now, while remaining proactive. I couldn't be more pleased to have a dependable garage nearby.

This is now my go-to place for an oil change. Takes about 45 min. The waiting room is comfortable and the people that work there literally could not be nicer. Don’t push anything on you, just make suggestions, which is the mark of a quality auto shop. The price is almost half the chain places. Won’t be going anywhere else. 10/10

As usual the service was prompt and professionally done. I would point out that Auto Safety Center team at Cedarburg points out what is a better option for saving you some bucks for service. I had a coupon and my oil change punch card was full. They pointed out which was a better deal to save me a few dollars and it's really appreciated. Tells me that they are more invested in building a customer relationship in addition to the great service instead of taking advantage of the customer. Great job as always
