I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and was greeted warmly by Dave. As I sat and waited, I witnessed Dave go above and beyond to help save customers money, inform people as much as possible and continue to have a warm and positive attitude regardless of any situation that was brought his way. Unfortunately my rim was scratched up from the services, but they immediately brought it to my attention and took care of fixing it right away. Most places I feel would not go out of their way to call out a mistake they made and then take care of it the way this business did. I truly appreciate the honesty, care and warmth of the customer experience that was delivered at this place. Would recommend!

Brought my truck in for a second opinion on some MAJOR work. Although their diagnosis was the same as the first place I took my truck to, unlike the first shop they gave me a full comprehensive report, sceeenshots/pictures of the scan tools, a full estimated parts list, everything you could ask for. They were also willing to explain how to read that data for those not in the know of what any of those graphs and numbers mean. Very professional and very helpful and went above and beyond on what was already a more complex diagnosis. Due to the cost of repairs, I likely will be trading the truck in, but just that experience would have me recommending them to others.

The work I had done was just an oil change. I used the coupon that I received in the mail. Using the coupon made the price a little more reasonable. The people there are also very helpful and friendly.

Ended up getting a second opinion here – an I’m glad I did… The dealership that I originally went to wanted to charge me $2300 for a problem that they didn’t fix after putting almost $1000 into the car engine. Took it here for a second opinion because it was just seeming very sketchy at the dealership, and my car just needed oil… I could you not. This will be my go to auto repair shop from now on.
