Have been visiting Auto Safety Center's Cedarburg location for a couple of years now. Had an oil change and brake fluid replacement performed today. Jim L. was welcoming, greeted me with a smile, was up beat, outgoing, professional, and knowledgeable. Auto Safety Center provides a large, welcoming, very clean waiting area with a coffee, bottled water, and a variety of snacks. Service was performed by Tech Kenny in a timely manner. Following service car was conveniently parked near the building for me on this very cold day. Prices are fair. Have many coupons available throughout the year for a variety of services. Services are explained in an easy to understand manner. I have a great sense of trust in Auto Safety Center, their personnel, and the quality services they provide. Our family has will continue to utilize their services.

Doesn't feel like the average repair shop. The free muffler inspections and free second opinion options are very transparent and straight forward. They will literally show you the issue and likely be able to fix the problem for cheaper than whoever you saw before them. Highly recommend to anyone.

I have NEVER had a bad experience when I've taken my cars to Auto Safety Center. They're incredibly friendly when you come in and they're incredibly friendly on the phone if/when you call. They keep you updated throughout the process so you know what's going on and what to expect when you pick your vehicle up. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who is looking for auto service.

Came in for an emission test & tire check. Sara was so helpful, patient, friendly & polite explaining all things etc to me till this guy Mike came up & ask Sara why it was taking so long to help me & if she knew what she was doing. I interrupted & said it was me that had lots of questions & Sara was explaining it all to me. I felt so sorry for this girl Sara as she was helping me & Mike was so rude to her & me & that is why I give the 5 stars as it goes to Sara, not Mike. Need more people like Sara & not Mike, as he can & will run customers & employees off. Hope Sara stays there as she was so pleasant & has a lovely smile too.
