Very friendly and professional, explained all services and gave prices when we dropped the car off. When other maintenance was needed, they called and explained why and what the price would be to fix it. Everything done was within the time promised. Making appointment easy, with time open same day, all staff friendly and efficient, with explanations about pricing and what was being done, able to add emissions testing at same appointment. Waiting room clean and comfortable.

The staff was extremely friendly and courtious. The waiting room is very clean, comfortable and they have snacks and coffee for while you wait. They took me back to see my car and explained additional work that should be done. They were not pushy and I plan to go back at a future date to address the issues suggested.
