I had a great experience. Customer service was excellent. I appreciated the staff explaining the issues with my tires in a way I could understand with patience. They also made recommendations for what would work best for new tires.

Initially, I went into ASC for a vehicle emissions test required for my license renewal. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the customer area and the politeness of the staff, and ended up making an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. After the oil change, I was given a printout and a verbal explanation of other things that may be needed in the future to keep my car running well, with no high pressure to book these services. Everyone was so helpful and polite. I'll be back!
