Update 5/27: Auto Safety Center was better than their word. Their roadside pickup worked as intended and they promised to fix/fit the bill for this. 5 stars is absolutely deserved. Original: Took my car into this shop because they sent me a coupon in the mail and had a great reputation based on reviews. They also offered free loaner vehicles which was a plus. The interactions I had were very professional. My service was to be an oil change and to check a rumbling I had in one of my tires. Turns out there were some wheel bearings and lower control arms to replace which were urgent. These were fixed and I left the shop satisfied. Fast forward to one day later and I take a 25-minute drive. Things were going well until I went over a set of train tracks, which is an ordinary thing in driving. Turns out I then hear scraping in one of my rear tries. Would see later if shop would be helping to alleviate.
