After having major repair done at a competitor I was still having issues in which they said I would have to more repairs doubling my initial total. I decided to have a second opinion done and everything was explained thoroughly and my concerns were listened to intently. The issue was sporadic and it wasn't able to be duplicated. I opted to have my A/C recharged again and it turned out that the refrigerant wasn't filled to the correct level. It's been a few days since the service and the A/C is still working appropriately. Even though it wasn't confirmed that it was the issue, I didn't feel pressure and was presented with the information I needed to follow a good course of action. It was a risk that this wouldn't have worked, but I am OK with that given the pain I went through at the other shop. I will definitely be back especially since they were focused on fixing my issue instead of padding the invoice. Thank you!

As always- they get you in, do the work, and get it done as promised. They discuss anything else that requires attention and allow you to decide how to proceed. Great team, and they always make sure the customer is satisfied..
