The staff was very thorough and presented a professional appearance. The service writer seemed very knowledgeable and was very informative concerning the problem with my vehicle. I did appreciate the free loaner Vehicle. Being an independent service facility, I was expecting a somewhat lower monetary total then I would’ve expected from a dealership. However, I will consider using Auto safety center in the future.
