Recently had our car’s oil changed and tires rotated. It was done promptly and courteously.

Good service

I was having some stuttering with my transmission I called to see when they could fit me in and they did. I explained that I could wait for an appointment this next week and Pete had told me that he’d rather get me in and not drive around all weekend because that could cause more problems. So they work me in I am truly grateful. I was a quart low :(

My first visit was very good. Great communication. Vince shared photos of concerns on the vehicle and discussed a plan on how to address the issues. Very thorough

I was dubious at first, having been a customer of Scott’s Service Center in Cedarburg for decades. But from the very first phone call, Vince was amazing. He has a very kind and calming manner without being the least bit patronizing. He pretty much kept me informed each stage of the process. I had done a bit of research online about ASC, and what I found indicated the West Bend shop was good but expensive. Honestly, I didn’t think what they provided was all that expensive, and they were definitely good - very good. I still miss Scott, but I will return to the Cedarburg ASC, and unreservedly recommend.

Great place to do your tires, had no problems the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, shout out to Brian my new favorite advisor went above and beyond to see us taken care of and the whole staff had such beautiful attitudes came all the way from Sheboygan and will graciously be revisiting our new favorite auto shop. Thanks for everything!!! 😉

Did a great job fixing up my car. They worked with the warranty company to get everything squared away. Will use them again.
