This is my second time at auto safety center. I was informed of and it was explained what the issue was with my car. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

My visit to Auto Safety Center West Bend was for a second opinion from another local repair garage. I made an appointment and had options to get in the next day. Making the appointment was very easy. I had called and then received a text message confirming my appointment. Nice touch! I was greeted right away when I entered the facility. The treatment made you feel good about choosing this location. I was shown physically on what needed and what did not need repair. The repair cost was stated up front and no deviation or up-sell. My repair was able to be made the same day. I imagine sum cases might not be the case. With lots of auto repair shops in town. Keep Auto Safety Center West Bend as a top tier repair shop.

I had my 2006 Solstice in for an oil change. It was recommended that the differential, transmission, and radiator fluids be changed out as the vehicle is17 years old. This made sense to me as the shifting from 1st to 2nd gear was not as smooth as I thought it should be. I brought the Solstice in this last Tues. and had the three services done. I'm happy to tell you my little black car runs smooth as silk, I couldn't be more pleased. I'm so glad I started doing business with Auto Safety Center and always feel I am receiving high quality service. I've never felt I was being taken advantage of when having service work done.
