The people could not have been more professional or kind! I was extremely impressed with their Customer Service. I went in for an oil change, and had a question about how to open something, after the oil change, they took me back and showed me how, and asked if I had any questions. I also asked for a Tire quote, and they offered a tire that I hadn't considered, but had excellent ratings - and was much more reasonable! But, no pressure to buy. Very impressive, truly feels like a family owned business. You are welcomed and treated like family the moment you walk in the door!

This was the second time I've utilized this service and they are very organized and professional. Both times I have been very satisfied with their mechanic's workmanship and the appraisals of things needing attention. The costs always startle me, but I'm old school and familiar with how it used to be. You do get what you pay for, so I highly recommend their service.

I went in to get a tire alignment. They inspected my truck and found that my ball joints and a number of other things were bad. My service advisor was very helpful in telling me which repairs were urgent and which could wait. They took pictures of everything they were recommending and even brought me back in the shop to show and explain to me what was wrong and why it needed to be fixed.
