I had talked to a few people before calling Auto Safety I wasn't sure if they could fix a Liftgate on Ford.Edge. Tim was confident they could diagnose the problem and complete the repair. He was knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and how they would replace the latch. They got it done ahead of schedule. When Scott called to tell me it was done he asked if I had a way to get there. I did but they were willing to come get me. That was thoughtful. I will be back

Brought our older vehicle in for oil change and a tire plug. Cost 99 dollars with 39 oil change coupon. Advised of additional work that needed to be done.

Hello Mr Herbst, thank you for the review. I apologize that perhaps we did not explain everything well enough. We did of course change your oil but your vehicle requires more than 5qts so there is a slight upcharge above the coupon price. We did plug your tire but we also did top off your coolant and the rest is tax. I also made a point to send you the quotes electronically. If you don't receive them please let us know. Very happy with the service and personnel very friendly. After tire rotation the tire light is on and do not knew how to turn off. Was the tire pressure checked..
