I had a great experience at Auto safety center in West Bend. They were polite, positive and quick when I dropped my car off. They gave me a loaner so I could get off to work. I was contacted before the work began so I knew exactly what was going to be done. I needed my car back the next morning and somebody stayed late to finish the work so that it would be ready for me to pick up when they opened. I highly recommend them and, when my car needs service again, I will go there.

Staff goes out of their way to explain needed repairs. My extended warranty company was called and I got immediate response. Repairs were done quickly. The mechanic found I needed a control arm replaced - had he not seen that I could have had a serious accident. Thank you for caring about my safety and never trying to sell me service that is not needed. I do promote your business to all my friends.
