Great service . Had a nail in my tire and they got me in right away. Will definitely come back for other services.

As always, great service and friendly staff. My battery died and Auto Safety Center got me in right away. I was in a hurry as I was running late for work, and they changed my battery AND did an oil change in about 30 minutes. Got me back out on the road quickly so I could get to work. Only thing is I forgot to use my oil change coupon and get my loyalty card punched!! But that's on me since I was in a hurry. Although they usually ask if I have coupons or the punch card and didn't this time. Still, they've got themselves a loyal and satisfied customer in me.

From scheduling to completing the work in a timely manner everything went well. Staff is friendly, informative and professional. Fairly recent remodeled reception and waiting area is nice as well. Your services are appreciated!

I normally don't write reviews, but thought this would be a good time to provide one. I was extremely pleased with the staff and workmanship. I was treated with respect and didn't get talked down on. I feel that the process that is in place, where everything is explained in great detail and that the photo's are great addition. Haven't had any encounter with any other shop that did that, makes sense. Visual proof for what you doing to the customer vehicle, great training tool for people who may not know much about cars or engines, as well as great record keeping, in case of any backlash. Plus I 'd like to say kudos to your company for having a fabulous associate such a Craig working for you. He provided Great Customer Service!! Couldn't asked for better.
