I rate Cedarburg Auto safety a 5. Staff was friendly, offered coffee or bottled water. I was there for a synthetic oil change. I was having a sad day, but they brought my smile back. Prices were good, waiting room and bathroom clean. The waiting room was large enough with comfortable Individual chairs. I noticed colored pencils and coloring books for children waiting with a parent, and word puzzles for those inclined. My vehicle was checked over and declared fine. They provided written quotes for tires I requested, plus another one, a bit cheaper, but in staff’s opinion, a much better tire. They have my business from now on.
