This is the second time I have brought my Silverado to be serviced at Cedarburg. Both times, Dan, Jim, and the staff have treated me with respect and empathy. They have not only kept my informed throughout the repair process, but have given me thorough explanations. They have also provided complimentary inspections for other non related maintenance potential. Quality and exemplary professionalism.

Best service ever! I had a low tire and they were more concerned for my safety than I was! Got me in immediately and took care of the problem…a nail was removed.

My first experience at any auto safety centers. Great experience and I will go back. From making the appointment to the service manager to the mechanic, great and comfortable experience. I really appreciated the mechanic Justin’s review of the car in the shop … focused on safety, what is important now and what needs to be monitored. No one pushed selling parts or services.

I appreciate the help and the service. To please most customer it is important to come underbudget and complete the project before the due date. Some car repairs are obvious but some are not especially when old parts are in questionable condition and do not match the other similar parts on the vehicle. Then add in the issue of problems from different places performing the repairs. As a technician, this is the most challenging situation. Where to do you start and stop in a repair in this situation.
