I don't like to heartransmission needs replacingbut it is what it is. Having built trust through the years, I didn't think twice about saying, let me think about it. Trust needs to be earned. Dan went above and beyond explaining the problem(s) with my carand keeping me informed on the progress of the repair. That earns more trust.

Called at the last minute for an oil change (Tuesday before Thanksgiving) and they could get me in the same day before a road trip on Wednesday. As always everyone is very knowledgeable and respectful. I trust them to let me know what needs to be done to keep my vehicle in good running condition. At the price of newer vehicles I have to take good care of this one as I can’t afford a replacement!

Liked thier set up, the website, the drop off, didn't need to talk to someone, liked the email notification with link to my quote, I liked that it had what was looked at, photos, suggestions on what to fix immediately and what will need fixing in the future. Very friendly customer service.
