I was dubious at first, having been a customer of Scott’s Service Center in Cedarburg for decades. But from the very first phone call, Vince was amazing. He has a very kind and calming manner without being the least bit patronizing. He pretty much kept me informed each stage of the process. I had done a bit of research online about ASC, and what I found indicated the West Bend shop was good but expensive. Honestly, I didn’t think what they provided was all that expensive, and they were definitely good - very good. I still miss Scott, but I will return to the Cedarburg ASC, and unreservedly recommend.
