I love these people! Every single one was friendly, attentive, caring, and helpful. Not even aware I had lost my long trusted car guys, Scott & Curt, I could not have asked for a better first experience with this crew. Vince took his time explaining the transition, giving me full confidence this business was a carefully selected choice to take the reins. I ended up having a full spectrum auto experience in a matter of days, learning my old car was no longer safe to drive, finding a new-to-me car, and getting it inspected by them prior to purchase. From Rebecca and Vince talking me through the pros and cons of the newer car I was interested in, to Ryan, the mechanic, spending extra time with me after his inspection of the car, answering all of my questions, I felt like I had a real partner in my decision making. They made it SO easy! And it's a big bonus for me knowing they have shuttle service if I need it. I did need it, and she was the best. I'd recommend everyone use the shuttle service once just to get a good history from her of this wonderful company, and her role as service inspector as well. I am so grateful I can still feel 100% confident I can trust my car crew.
