From the moment they answered the phone and all the way through the repair of my tire, everyone was extremely helpful and kind. My experience was nothing but positive and above and beyond personal care. Unfortunately, I dont remember the receptionist name, but she was amazing and Dean was the one who took care of my tire.

I was concerned something could be wrong with my transmission, so I called your Auto Safety Center in Cedarburg. They got me in the same day and connected me with Vincent. After running a complete diagnostic test Vincent called me and reported everything looks good. and gave me a detailed report. I can drive my ten-year-old car with complete confidence that nothing mechanically is wrong with my vehicle. In addition to their excellent communication, I am confident that the Auto Safey Center will never overcharge me or fix something without talking with me first.

Great service. I only went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was not expecting them to take pictures of areas where they found fluids leaking and share them with me. They also printed out an itemized sheet with a list of things to watch out for and highlighted the ones that should be taken care of first. None of the previous service centers that I've gone to have done this. You guys have earned yourselves a new loyal customer.
