Great customer service! I took my car in for repair after several shops told me the master cylinder needed to be replaced. They did a through inspection on my car and let me know everything that should be repaired. They were also able to determine that it was not the master cylinder that needed to be replaced. Very happy with quality of work and customer service.

They got me in last minute, were able to get everything done I asked for. Every single employee was friendly and curtious. They even showed my son a cool car they had in the shop.

Wow! So fast and they had all my parts. Great service. Exceptional even. So glad I found them.

I had my 2006 Solstice in for an oil change. It was recommended that the differential, transmission, and radiator fluids be changed out as the vehicle is17 years old. This made sense to me as the shifting from 1st to 2nd gear was not as smooth as I thought it should be. I brought the Solstice in this last Tues. and had the three services done. I'm happy to tell you my little black car runs smooth as silk, I couldn't be more pleased. I'm so glad I started doing business with Auto Safety Center and always feel I am receiving high quality service. I've never felt I was being taken advantage of when having service work done. It took some time to get the parts and your staff kept me informed. Finally you offered to pick me up and bring me to your place which was most appreciated. Incredibly professional and though. Vince (the estimator) was very though and down to earth, with no high pressure sales, only suggestions. They included pics with estimates of work to be done and up front pricing. The counter staff (forgot her name unfortunately) was also very though and pleasant. Highly recommend!

I am the customer Joe B. Had my first oil change here for my Porsche. I admittedly was hesitate to bring my Porsche other than to a dealer for service. Michael H. promised me I would not be disapointed with the service or the price. He was right. Friendly and professional service and the use of a loaner too! Price was markedly less than the dealer and the car was completed when promised. I was called by Michael to discuss a leak that was discovered that the last garage found also. He reasurred me that it was not something I had to take care of immediately but should watch. I appreciate that he wasn't trying to sell me additional service at this time. I would definitely recommend Auto Safety for your cars needs.
