I had a great experience. My truck was making a noise while turning and I took it in and Pete and Matt treated me great and got it fixed. I was thrilled to find out it was just something simple! I’ll definitely be using them again when I need it!

Had a 730 appointment for oil change, the staff was efficient and friendly. Trevor identified some areas of concern and proposed a plan to get them addressed. Front office team put together quotes, and completed transaction. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I dropped my vehicle off and got a ride home. The young lady who drove was very sweet and polite. When she dropped me off I had issues with the key pad to open garage. Instead of just.driving away she turned around and came back to see if I needed help. That tells you all you need to know about the staff at Auto Safety Center. Everyone is customer focused and does what it takes to make the customer happy.

Always very professional and looking to take care of you. They will fit you in if you have a car problem and work with you that day. Couldn’t ask for a more professional group to work with. Thank you to Scott!

I was pleased with the service and how I was treated. The environment was comfortable. I also noticed the clientele coming in and out as satisfied customers. Everyone was treated with friendly interactions and appreciation for their business.

Had Auto Safety Center replace front and rear brake pads and rotors, clean and lubricate calipers and flush and replace brake fluid. As usual, they were courteous and efficient. I didn't price shop. I imagine they might not be the cheapest, but they seem to consistently do quality work. Cost for the above came to $1,258.

First visit. Went here after word of mouth positive reviews in Cedarburg. Being a car guy, explained to Vincent the current problem. Diagnostic ran. This was a calling in, same day appointment. Vincent explained in detail the issue and recommended repair. No pressure or rush, thorough and good customer service. Would have liked to have had the work needed done here, however Dealer price was basically the same. Expensive repair for primarily labor. Repair currently not done. Told Vincent that if car manufacturer had a recall or if prices came down over time, would most likely use them. All in all a positive experience.

Prompt attention to your vehicle needs and service. Extremely friendly and courtious personnel. They do the job right and I never have reservations about about their professionalism in servicing my vehicle.
