As always, great service. Vince not only tells you what repairs you need, but explains why and helps prioritize. Obviously, this is very helpful when you are trying to keep 151k+ mile vehicle on the road and safe.

I had talked to a few people before calling Auto Safety I wasn't sure if they could fix a Liftgate on Ford.Edge. Tim was confident they could diagnose the problem and complete the repair. He was knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and how they would replace the latch. They got it done ahead of schedule. When Scott called to tell me it was done he asked if I had a way to get there. I did but they were willing to come get me. That was thoughtful. I will be back

Brought our older vehicle in for oil change and a tire plug. Cost 99 dollars with 39 oil change coupon. Advised of additional work that needed to be done.
