I appreciated a same day appointment, and the owner patiently explaining answers to my questions and providing professional advice. I was a little surprised by the "shop supplies" fee that was in addtion to the stated price for the oil change and tire rotation. I appreciate knowing what charges will be ahead of time.

Staple in sidewall turned into needing a new tire, which turned into needing two tires. Got the tires in less than a day, and car is back on the road in less than 45 minutes. Always accommodating.
