They are very thorough at Auto Safety Center and do a good job communicating their findings. My only issue is I believe they are more expensive than many service providers and I have a sense they are looking for places for me to spend more money vs. maximizing the value provided to me.

As always, very satisfied with the great customer service and the quality of the repairs. Easy to make appointments for scheduled maintenance and also to fit your vehicle in for the unexpected repair (like broken exhaust). Pleasant waiting area that include K coffee. I have been coming up from Milwaukee to Auto Safety Center in West Bend for years for my car repair needs (the drive is worth it!). The staff there are extremely courteous, always honest and trustworthy. Chris at the front desk is always polite, accommodating, and will give honest answers about repairs.
