Service was alright. No issues really. There was some delayed communication on how long my vehicle was going to be there.

Jacob, I do apologize for the poor communication and delays we experienced with your vehicle. Even before we received your feedback we were discussing the workflow of those days and realized it could have been managed better to meet our deadlines. We do appreciate your feedback as well as your business and hope to see you again.

Just got my car back and am very happy! They diagnosed my car's misfire and fixed the problem at a very reasonable rate in a very short amount of time!

A simple oil change turned into a 3 day adventure. I have other needed service work, not there. If you feel than you must do business with Joe, Chris, and company "Caveat Emptor".

I am very surprised by this 1 star review. Doc you must have posted this before stopping in to discuss it. I am sure if you had waited you would have posted a different review after knowing we have used the same oil change voucher for 2 years with no problems. You probably would have admitted you misread the oil change voucher as you stated to me, or how you also brought to our attention a minor blemish in the oil filter that even after reassuring you it was not harming the function of the filter we replaced it completely and immediately for you. You would of also mentioned that even though the value of the voucher was for less than the actual cost of your vehicles oil change, we refunded the $6.47 to you. The 3 day adventure was only because you waited 3 days to bring your concerns to us. You gave us no indication until then that you were dissatisfied. If you gave us a one star review after we addressed your concerns the way we did....I don't know what else we could have done.

Trustworthy and helpful! Even went as far as dropping my car off at my house when I couldn't arrange help with pick-up. Great people!

Just wanted to take a minute and let you know how happy I was with your business recently. You installed a hitch on my Sienna about a month ago. It was the first time we had come to ASC.
What impressed me the most was:
First: Cleanliness
Second: A mechanic who was articulate, polite, and friendly! (A rarity nowadays)
Third: Price was great.
Fourth: Quality of work was great.
One or all of these are usually lacking at most service stations. We will be back!

I have taken all my vehicles here in the past year and absolutely Love Chris and Joe they are so pleasant and nice to deal with. Being a women I feel like I'm not being taken advantage of. Always honest and always give's me a fair price on whatever I need done. Jason and Vince the mechanic’s are very knowledgeable and are always willing to take the time to explain things if I am not fully understanding something. Thumb’s up to all these guys! You have a life long customer.

Only my second time going there, but I love these guys. I used to live in a bigger city and as a woman I was accustomed to getting ripped off most of the time. I try to learn whatever I can about my vehicle, so when I was lied to by the big city repair places I knew it. These gentlemen are honest and do a great job, they don't mind my questions and they listen to me about my vehicle. When you drive one vehicle everyday, you know how it's supposed to run, and they listen! I recommend them to family and friends and I'll be using them for all of my vehicle repairs from now on! Great job guys!!

Two of my sons have had their cars repaired and/or looked at by the staff at Auto Safety Center. The car they repaired drives better than it ever has. The other car we decided not to have repaired as there were just too many things wrong with it and the car itself was not worth that much. Chris, the person we were talking to at Auto Safety, was very honest and upfront with us and very thorough. The people working there are very courteous and friendly. You can tell that safety for their customers is very important to them. We are very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a mechanic they can trust. Also, their prices are very reasonable.
