I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Excellent service & people who actually care. My only complaint would be you would stay open late 1 to 2 nights a week. Work to 3:30 in Milwaukee & can make it to West Bend by 4:15. Not enough time to even do a oil change.Plus your Saturday's are always taken. Karen Matthews

We know that we can get very busy on Saturdays but are in the process of adding staff to improve our scheduling and give you faster service. Service was alright. No issues really. There was some delayed communication on how long my vehicle was going to be there.

Jacob, I do apologize for the poor communication and delays we experienced with your vehicle. Even before we received your feedback we were discussing the workflow of those days and realized it could have been managed better to meet our deadlines. Just got my car back and am very happy! They diagnosed my car's misfire and fixed the problem at a very reasonable rate in a very short amount of time!
