West Bend Auto Repair

This was the second time I've utilized this service and they are very organized and professional. Both times I have been very satisfied with their mechanic's workmanship and the appraisals of things needing attention. The costs always startle me, but I'm old school and familiar with how it used to be. You do get what you pay for, so I highly recommend their service.

I went in to get a tire alignment. They inspected my truck and found that my ball joints and a number of other things were bad. My service advisor was very helpful in telling me which repairs were urgent and which could wait. They took pictures of everything they were recommending and even brought me back in the shop to show and explain to me what was wrong and why it needed to be fixed. This is the way to build Customer Trust! Needed new brake pads and rotors. Auto Safety Center covered it 100% under warranty, without me even asking. Also received a $49 rebate check in the mail, as a valued customer. Shuttle took me home and picked me up. Great auto service that I can rely on.
