Service tech was very knowledgeable and pointed out a couple items to give some thought to, most notable, tires. Service mgr, no so much. He asked if I had coupons, to which I responded that I forgot the punch card which I had used for the previous two oil changes. He said "No problem ", and proceeded to charge me $81 for the oil change, twice what it was with the coupon. He handed me a bundle of documentation, including the receipt, and an estimate for replacing the tires for $1400+, not stating size, brand, warranty, or anything else. He said he could probably not match competitors' pricing, but could offer a number of choices. I was able to find two competitors that beat the price by $400, including mount and balance, 65000 milage warantee, lifetime rotation, road hazard, and free repair. Many years ago , I worked as an automotive service tech and have done hundreds of oil changes and tire sales and service. We always put the customer first and were very successful at gaining and maintaining a strong customer base. In summary, I guess I would say the quality of service is high. The techs are knowledgeable and professional, naming critical vs "nice to do" service. Service mgr could use a little educating. Not sure whether I want to give this business another shot or drive another 15 minutes to where I had my vehìcles serviced before moving to West Bend.
