I appreciated the invitation to go onto the shop floor to examine the issue that brought me there. The tech explained the problem and suggested the solution that made sense having been able to see it myself. Also, they provide a comfortable space to wait while the vehicle is being serviced.

Got me in and out in same day! Was very impressed with their customer service!!! Shuttle driver was a nice perk….didn’t have to sit and wait! They send great coupon’s through the mail also! Overall a very pleasant experience!

The employees are A-One! The technicians second to NONE! I am always treated with respect!
