Friendly staff, great service. 2nd time going to Auto Safety West Bend to get my oil changed. They send coupons in the mail that helps with taking a few off of the bill which is amazing! They also have a punch card, after taking your vehicle in 4 times you get a few oil change, that's a great offer and service they provide.

The West Bend Auto Safety Center staff were again timely, efficient and personable for my service appointment. I feel I can ask questions, request options and trust their answers AND the service results. I'm glad I chose the Auto Safety Center a couple years ago and plan on continuing to always service my car here.

One of my favorites so far. Went for an oil change. And afterwards instead of giving me a list with a million issues I have to fix, they just showed me the real issues. Important things. They gained my trust and I’ll be be going back.
