Our SUV had broken down in Chicago, and was repaired by a shop there. Luckily, the repair was under warranty, because the repair shop there, did a horrible job and our SUV needed to be fixed again. Auto Safety Center honored the warranty and repaired our SUV. They did an excellent job, and gave me updates as to what was wrong, and what needed to be done to get us back on the road.
Service was very good. Appointment was made on Tuesday. Wednesday I dropped off the car, Thursday the work was done. It was fast, efficient and well done. Everything works smoothly and the noise that I was worried about is gone. The work that needed to be done was explained so that I could understand what was going to happen to my car.
The staff at Auto Safety Center puts customers first. They definitely were able to help with getting me in quickly for my oil change, helping me with a rental so that I didn't have to miss any work to get my car service, and were thorough in explaining the repairs that were needed for my vehicle and the timeframe that I had to repair so that I could make a decent judgment call without being pressured. I would highly recommend this repair shop!
