I have a 2008 Saab, not an easy car to service. You did a great job of chasing down the parts I needed and installed them within the time frame specified. Although I had some big jobs to do, it was all done in two days. Thanks so much!

My vehicle was in for an Oil Change, Safety Inspection, Brake check, and Emissions Test. Very fast service as it was about 2 hours, and they provided a loaner vehicle to use. After getting vehicle back was immediately able to go to the Wisconsin DMV online and renew my license plate.

Scheduled prepurchase inspection at the North location for a vehicle my daughter was considering from a local dealership in West Bend based solely on reviews as we live elsewhere. Our experience from booking the appt by phone to having a personal garage walk thru explanation of the vehicle by the mechanic while on the lift to the customer service receptionist's friendliness & down to earth helpfulness were exemplary! We plan to bring future vehicles here for prepurchase &/or presale inspections & servicing as well. Reasonable, upfront prices, no pushy upsales, honest feedback on triaging any vehicle concerns, highly personable & responsive staff, and very accommodating & efficient (even same day) servicing was offered. Only positives - Highly recommend! 😊

Promised to have it done the same day I took it on. Called me at 1:00PM to let me know it was done. Always pleasant and easy to talk to. I have never been disappointed with their work/honesty.

Had my car towed to the Center on a Saturday night. Drop box and form very easy to complete. Got a call from Kevin first thing Monday morning, who kept me informed and updated every step of the way. A thorough car inspection completed in hours with a reasonable quote and time frame offered over the phone and via text. Work done as promised within a day and a half!! Kevin was great to work with,, both friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!!
