I was in a way referred to Auto Safety by another of their clients. The way they handled her situation impressed me, so when I needed to have my van looked at, the good Lord reminded me of them. I had called them and explained what i had going on, on a Friday. Michael suggested right away i get into one of their loaners and they would analyze it over the weekend. Did i mention it was a free loaner! Another blessing!! I received a call, admittingly not what i was expecting but never the less Glory to God that Michael had me bring it in right away as the ball joint was just hanging on and with all the interstate driving i do with my children again, yet another blessing from the Lord. Thank God for the stimulus check as well. So we agreed to have them do the work the extensive work they had to do with all (it wasnt just the ball joints) i had thought it would cost, but included in this was 3yr 36000 mile warranty as well as free roadside assistance for a yr. Plus less stress for my husband as he has plenty on his plate to get accomplished. To me it balanced itself out. Not to mention the courtesy and friendliness of everyone in the front!! Im sure the garage houses the same level. Owners have some beautifully blessed employees! I got my van back and WHOA! I had had issues with the suspension and have taken it other places ever since i bought the van 6yrs ago. Put money into it to only be told since that didnt work they would need to do something else until i was just tapped out and lived with the issue. Auto Safety Center was the ONLY PLACE that has fixed the problem!! I thank our good Lord God for them all!

I was very impressed with everything when I visited for the first time for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The lobby is comfortable and clean. I just moved into the area and feel confident in using them for all my auto care needs.

Provided accurate estimate and repaired only what was needed. Recognized a special unique part was required and I was contacted ahead of time to inform me of the delay. The fact that I knew proactively allowed me to plan transportation. Awesome work at good value pricing. Thanks
