Super detailed on car issues. When you get an oil change here you find out all the issues with your vehicle. They take you back to see under your vehicle and help explain all the problems with it.

Repair only days old, so far so good. Quick service, friendly service writers, good overall. Interesting you can purchase Warrenty packages, pricing reflects you do pay extra! Standard 90 day Warrenty pricing not offered.

My mechanic for 20 years suddenly closed their doors and I was overdue for an oil change, burnt out headlight and blinker, and normal maintenance. I already received a warning for the lights and with an upcoming out of state trip I needed to get my car in ASAP. I called ASC in West Bend (north) and they were able to get my car in the next day. They were able to do the oil change, however my lights required taking off my bumper. I also needed coolant, new break fluid, and a tire repair. It was almost closing time so I needed to bring the car back and it would take around 3 hours. Thankfully they had an opening the next day. I dropped my car off in the morning and Garrett was kind enough to drive me back home so I could get to work. I ended up paying less than quoted which was a nice surprise! I believe my family has found a new mechanic!

Although it took a long time to get the part for my Range Rover Sport, the team at Auto Safety Center, North was professional and accommodating. I appreciate that they always kept me updated on what was happening. This is my first experience with Auto Safety Center and I’m happy to say I’ll be back
