Great experience and customer service. Very timely attention to my auto issue.

The team was punctual and sensitive to my needs. They listened to my questions and addressed all my problems. They did an extensive evaluation of my vehicle and gave me suggestions as to what needed to be addressed, how urgent the need was, and estimated costs involved. There was no pressure to do all or any of these things. It was my choice. This was all very appreciated. Thank you.

Excellent response by Dan to inspection points listed in my Mustang's manual, including road evaluation of transmission shifting and alignment. Communication was much better and proactive than at dealer. This was my first service by your team. I will be back with other vehicles. Incidentally, your $175/hour tech rate is greater than $150/hour at Newman Chevy. I understand that your rate for lube and oil change is lower.

They are thorough and do excellent work. I really like how they track work done and provide recommendations based on inspections. A little pricey, but they send regular coupon offers to offset the higher charges. Would do 5 stars, but for the second time they did not call when car was done and ready for pickup.
