I came to the auto safety center as a recommendation from a friend because he stated that they are honest and have very fair prices on their services. I got there first thing in the morning to get an alignment as I had just gotten some new rims and tires and put them on my car on my own. They were able to take my car in right away and even offered to take me to work and drop my car off later when they were done. Everyone there was very nice and didn't once treat me like I'm some stupid woman that doesn't know anything about cars (which is something I have to face OFTEN when trying to take my car to a mechanic). They did great work for a good deal. I definitely will be taking my car in there again if it needs work in the future. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!

No double-talk for the unknowing damsel in distress...she called for help and you responded immediately and the repair was most appropriate for the problem...especially i the area of the catalytic converter. I am expecially appreciative of the "hometown-like" care and attention. Thanks...Joe and Staff for a job well-done!

Joe and his Staff at the Auto Safety Center in West Bend were able to quickly identify and complete the necessary suspension repairs to our Ford Escape at the price quoted; all on a Saturday. The vehicle is working fine again. Thanks! REB

The work was done well and on time/budget. I know that it was only my truck, but the guy that brought it out of the shop got the door panel and steering wheel filthy. It would be nice if there was some effort to prevent this since I am planning to bring in my BMW soon.

Tim it was great to talk to you on the phone today. I am relieved to know we didn"t scare you away with a fundamental oversight :( I appreciate your honest opinion because if we are unaware of an issue how can we ever correct it. As per our phone conversation, grease has many benefits for a vehicle but NOT on the door panel or on the steering wheel. We have procedures in place that should have been followed, again a fundamental mistake on our part. We are very happy to hear it cleaned right up, but regret that you had to spend your time doing it. As I mentioned we will send you a gift certificate for a professional interior detail on us, for the inconvenience.
